After a decade of working for start-up companies in an account management/relationship building role, I realized I was continually having conversations about finance-related topics (budgets, what do to with extra money, retirement, whether to buy/rent a house, etc.). I love helping people, so talking about their different financial goals excited me. This is what led me to change my career path. When I moved to Morgan Stanley, I knew I wanted to carry over my philosophy on creating a five star client experience.
This means:
1. Learning about clients' challenges and concerns when it comes clients' financial goals.
2. Working together to create a comprehensive financial plan to help address those goals, and
3. Implementing that plan while having consistent and timely client contact throughout the year.
