    2: Pre-Planning and Analysis
    In this step, you’ll learn how our approach helps bring the brightest professionals at Morgan Stanley together to address the complexities that surround your wealth. We’ll review your current portfolio and determine if it is properly structured. We’ll show you how your assets would look if they were set up with us and introduce you to Morgan Stanley’s intellectual capital and global network. We’ll also share a sample financial plan we will customize for you to address your specific priorities and concerns.

    3: Portfolio Construction
    With your approval, we will begin to transfer your assets to Morgan Stanley. Once transferred, we will present appropriate investments for your portfolio and explain each recommendation in detail. We will then execute the recommendations and hire investment managers where we need them. We will also begin our goals-based financial planning process with a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) at Morgan Stanley.

    4. Financial Plan Development
    Utilizing proprietary tools and insights from Morgan Stanley, we will develop a personalized financial plan that integrates all your available assets into one complete plan. Like your investment portfolio, we will then present each recommendation and the reasoning behind it. We will also coordinate our efforts with your CPA and estate attorney. Upon your approval, we will begin to execute each strategy, keeping you involved each step of the way.

    5: Ongoing Service and Care
    Milestones like marriage, children, retirement and starting or selling a business can all have a dramatic impact on your wealth. We’ll review your plan with you on an ongoing basis so it can be adapted as changes in your life occur. We’ll also work with you to evaluate your vestments over time, recommending adjustments so your strategy continuously reflects your evolving needs and goals.

About Nicholas Castellano

Nick has five years of experience in the financial services space. His most recent experience was as a member of Robinhood’s Advanced Brokerage team where he worked supporting options and margin products for their clients. A native of Long Island New York and graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Nick lived in Rochester NY for 2 ½ years prior to moving to Colorado where he has been a resident of Denver for the past two years. An avid outdoorsman, you can typically find Nick camping, hiking or fishing throughout Colorado on the weekend.

Nick’s responsibilities on the team will include:
• Client onboarding and account opening
• Ensuring timely money movement and operational efficiency
• Providing client support and communication throughout the week through email and over the phone
• Supporting clients full utilization of Morgan Stanley’s online tools and services

About Matt Stotler

Matt Stotler is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Colorado.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Matt began his career in financial services in 1987 with Bank of America, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Regional Manager at Merrill Lynch. He also served as a Private Client Manager with U.S. Trust.

Matt is a graduate of California State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. He currently lives in Parker, Colorado. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys playing and coaching soccer, as well as spending time hiking, camping and biking with his 3 daughters.
