Background:
Jennifer Suminguit's mission is to help empower her clients to take charge of their own wealth management. A Certified Financial Planner® with Life and Long-Term-Care Insurance licenses, Jennifer advocates a holistic approach to wealth management. The foundation of her method is a thorough discovery process that aims to set baselines for wealth accumulation and preservation goals, current liabilities, risk tolerance, tax management strategies, and cash management and help establish short, medium and long-term goals. Jennifer then conducts a comprehensive search for potential gaps and roadblocks on the path to towards your financial goals. This helps create a personalized portfolio and planning strategy that strives to combine effectiveness with the flexibility to help navigate market changes and lifestyle transitions. Jennifer is committed to being a financial resource for all of a family's generations, helping ensure their legacy includes values and ethics as well as wealth.
Jennifer is a Navy veteran with six years of service and is the first in her family to attend college. She holds a Certified Financial Planner® credential and has a Bachelor's in Business and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2006 Jennifer joined Wells Fargo as a Financial Advisor and three years later moved to Morgan Stanley.
Born in Buffalo, Jennifer remains a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan, and is an avid distance runner, having finished multiple marathons. Her greatest joy, however, comes from being a wife and mother of her blended family of five adult children. Acutely aware of the challenges of being a professional and a mom, she is active in several ministries at her church which support domestic violence shelters, veterans' housing, and Habitat for Humanity. She enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing golf, boating and running.
