Jeff Winters began his career in 1994, and since then has been committed to helping clients manage their complex and unique financial goals and concerns. Along with the vast array of resources at Morgan Stanley, Jeff brings with him 28 years of experience. Jeff’s relationship with clients goes beyond portfolio management– it’s an investment in potentially achieving the life a client aspires to have.
