Jeff Elliott is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor. He has four decades of experience in wealth management and has been with Morgan Stanley since 2009.

Jeff spent the first seven years of his career as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. Following his time at Merrill Lynch Jeff joined Kidder Peabody and Co. and through the mergers of Payne Webber and UBS continued practicing a holistic approach to Wealth Management. Jeff has spent a large part of his time in the industry in a fiduciary role, having helped small businesses with their retirement plans and clients planning for retirement.

Over the years, Jeff has developed a passion for portfolio management. He is dedicated to thoroughly understanding each client’s financial position, long and short-term goals, and risk tolerance in order to produce consistent investment returns while minimizing portfolio risk. With a focus on client’s investment objectives Jeff draws upon Morgan Stanley’s intellectual capital, wealth management analytics and risk management resources to construct a comprehensive portfolio solution.

Jeff is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, and has been active in community organizations, such as The Harrisburg Rotary Club. As a member of the rotary club, Jeff contributed to numerous community service projects. Outside of work Jeff isn’t afraid of getting his hands and knees dirty. He enjoys gardening when he’s not out golfing. On Memorial Day you will most likely find Jeff in Indianapolis, Indiana attending “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing”, The Indianapolis 500. A lifetime attendee, it takes a global pandemic to keep Jeff from attending this historic sports event.
