About Jeanne Hanrahan
Jeanne has over 25 years of experience in finance and loves working with individuals and families to help them build, preserve and transfer wealth. She is a qualified Portfolio Manager, and has earned and maintains the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.
Jeanne's practice focuses on building retirement income as well as wealth preservation and family specific wealth transfer strategies. Since financial decisions made today have multi-generational impact, she is committed to crafting plans that help families avoid financial mistakes. To that end, she also works closely with her clients' trusted family attorneys and tax advisors.
After graduating with a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Jeanne attended graduate school at the University of San Francisco in California and Pace University in New York. She grew up in Oyster Bay, NY, where she now resides with her partner, Alan Kudisch. She has two grown children - Georgia, a graduate of Fordham University who resides in Northern California and Thomas, a graduate of Manhattan College who resides in NYC.
Jeanne volunteers at the Nassau County Museum of Art and participates in the Longest Day, an annual Bridge Tournament that raises money for Alzheimers research. She is an avid Bridge player and frequently travels throughout the US to compete in National Contract Bridge League tournaments. She also enjoys Ballroom dancing and sailing.
