Mark Rogers and John Rogers earned Morgan Stanley's Investing with Impact Directors designation because of their advanced experience and leadership in working with clients that are motivated to generate positive environmental and social impact alongside market-rate financial returns. Investing with Impact Directors have access to firm-wide resources to differentiate them as specialists in the area of Impact Investing. About Gary W Jbara

Gary W. Jbara, CIMA®, CRPS®, Managing Director, Senior Institutional Consultant, Family Wealth Director, and Corporate Retirement Director, has worked in the investment and financial consulting industry since 1985. Gary serves as a lead consultant and oversees strategic portfolio construction, asset allocation strategy, investment policy analysis, market research and day-to-day investment management responsibilities for client portfolios.

As a Senior Institutional Consultant, Gary provides comprehensive resources for institutional investors. These services include asset/liability studies, investment policy statement analysis, spending policy analysis, investment manager research and donor advised fund administration. In addition to asset management, Gary conducts committee and board member educational workshops and provides assistance with donor recruitment and education.

The Corporate Retirement Director designation enables Gary to offer advanced resources and services for the administration of retirement plans, such at 401(k)’s, cash balance and defined benefit plans. Gary can offer contracted services to clients, including enhanced assistance with vendor selection and investment reviews, manager selection, and 3(21) or 3(38) fiduciary oversight.

Gary earned the IMCA Certified Investment Management Analyst (C.I.M.A.) designation from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. About Zak Keasey

Zak Keasey is a registered associate who executes trades on behalf of individual investors and institutional clients. He compiles client account reporting, performs investment manager research, and runs performance analytics. He assists institutional clients with spending illustrations and wealth transfer scenarios. Zak worked in international equity sales in New York before joining Morgan Stanley. His career as a player in the National Football League taught him the value of focusing on goals and teamwork. Zak earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Princeton. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Zak uses his analytical skills to evaluate, rebalance and maintain client portfolios.

About Stacy Cataldo

Stacy Cataldo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Finance and Post-Graduate Certificate in Finance from Walsh College. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses. Stacy is a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of Association of Finance Professionals. Before joining the team, Stacy worked at a college for nearly 17 years as a manager doing various accounting and finance work. Her experience at the college and as an accountant for small businesses helps her understand the importance of financial reporting from a client’s perspective.

About Jessica M. Steward

Jessica Francis oversees account operations and works closely with our clients to handle their service requests. She collaborates with the team to keep the group’s operations running smoothly. Jessica connects clients with exclusive Morgan Stanley services such as Lifestyle Advisory Services for high-net-worth clients and the Reserved Living and Giving Loyalty Program, which connects clients who qualify with discounts on premium brands. She manages stock donations for our institutional clients. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in Mathematics from Central Michigan University. Yvonne McMillan manages new account openings and account administration for our clients. She began her career in banking in 2005. Yvonne focuses in account administration when families face the need to transfer assets to future generations. She graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Hillsdale College.
