Hi, I’m Javier Rodriguez, a Financial Advisor and Equity Compensation specialist at Morgan Stanley in Plano, TX and a proud member of The Walters Group, where we oversee more than $2 billion in assets under management.

With nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley, I bring a youthful energy, fresh perspectives, and proven experience to every relationship. I partner with corporate executives and professionals who receive equity as a part of their compensation - including RSUs and stock options - as well as business owners who have exited their business and current business owners preparing for a successful exit in the next five years.

What all my clients have in common is the desire to work with an advisor who truly listens and builds a comprehensive financial plan tailored specifically to them, their families, their values, and their priorities - with investments carefully aligned to support that plan's long-term success.

My passion for this work started early. As an athlete, a proud Plano Wildcat and Arkansas Razorback, I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and aspiring to improve every day. That same drive fuels how I approach financial planning today. Early in my career, I saw how the right information - delivered clearly and strategically - could transform someone’s entire financial outlook. That "aha" moment became my mission: helping clients uncover overlooked nuances in their equity packages, business exits, and overall wealth strategy to turn information into lasting advantage.

Dallas is home, and I'm deeply committed to making it better. I served the past four years as CFO to ALPFA DFW, elevating our chapter to the #3 chapter in the nation from 16th. I an still involved with ALPFA DFW and currently sit on the corporate advisory board. I also serve on the Economic and Business Development Committee for the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA), focusing on real community impact.
When I'm not at work, you'll find me on the soccer field, exploring beach destinations, or making my infamous chimichurri. I believe balance isn't just good for life - it makes me a better, more grounded advisor for my clients.
