About Jason Wang
Drawing on more than 15 years of professional wealth management experience, Jason Wang crafts customized strategies for a global clientele of high-achieving individuals, families and institutions. His clients include successful entrepreneurs, investment professionals, family offices and endowments. Jason dedicates himself to helping each client address the full extent of their financial needs, work to simplify their financial lives and pursue their life goals.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, Jason spent 13 years at Citi, starting as a Financial Analyst in their Institutional Client Group and rising to become a Senior Private Banker. Along the way, he received their CEO Award for Excellence and was a perennial recipient of the Citi Private Bank Chairman's Council that recognized top producers globally who have made outstanding contributions to the success of the franchise and have earned trusted advisor status with their clients.
Jason is an active member of the community, with a passion for education, financial literacy and mentorship. He has served on the Junior Board of Cents Ability and ExpandED Schools, and volunteered as a mentor with Lunar Accel, America Needs You and Big Brothers Big Sisters. For his volunteerism, Jason has received eight President’s Volunteer Service Awards.
Jason graduated with honors from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business with a B.B.A. in finance and investments. He is conversant in Chinese Cantonese, Fujianese and Mandarin, and speaks basic Spanish. Jason is married to an author, educator and serial entrepreneur, and has two kids. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, learning about new cultures and otherwise staying active.
