Experience

Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2015, I was a Vice President at HSBC Security USA. I started my wealth management career at Merrill Lynch. Earlier in my professional life, I spent six years helping Chinese companies to invest and build subsidiaries in the U.S. and the Middle East. This experience gave me a global perspective and a deep understanding of international business, which adds value to my work as a Financial Planning Specialist.

I earned my MBA from Pepperdine University, where I was awarded a full-tuition scholarship and Reva Graziadio Endowed Scholarship.

About Hugo Manzano-Gomez

With over 25 years of international investing and wealth management experience, Hugo Manzano-Gomez delivers holistic wealth management solutions to an elite clientele of primarily European entrepreneurs and executives. Hugo has built his practice on a foundation of education and competence, bringing a global perspective to the management of significant wealth across borders and across generations. He is familiar with the unique challenges faced by international families who invest in U.S.-based accounts and has an extensive network of professionals with cross-border-taxation expertise.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Hugo served as a District Manager at Banesto, part of the Banco de Santander Group. About Ranjeev Hira

Ranjeev Hira is a highly experienced Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in the Silicon Valley Complex. He has been in the financial services industry for more than 12 years. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2023 after spending nearly eight years with UBS.

An extremely knowledgeable, caring and industrious professional, Ranjeev is adept at helping high-net-worth clients, particularly in the technology sector, take advantage of the full range of available financial investments to achieve their unique goals.

He places great importance on client service, maintains the highest standard of integrity and professionalism at all times and stays in regular contact with his clients to keep them well-informed about the many investments he meticulously selects for them.

He was the first person to attend college in his blue-collar family, and after graduating during the 2009 financial crisis when good jobs were in short supply, he took a position as a bank teller, became a relationship manager in less than six months and worked as a mortgage consultant before becoming a Financial Advisor. “I feel like I’ve grown up in the business,” he says proudly. “More importantly, I have gotten to learn the business in great depth, which has served my clients well.”

About Hector Naranjo Lepe

Hector focuses on maintaining strong and productive relationships with clients. Hector assists with the onboarding transition and process a broad range of service requests. He is also responsible for organizing client seminars, overseeing the marketing, operational, administrative and concierge functions for the team.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Hector was a Wealth Management Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, and was a business owner for five years.

Fluent in both English and Spanish languages, Hector really enjoys working with domestic and international clients. He has obtained Series 7, Series 66 licenses from FINRA. He graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Finance.

About Jenny Lin

Jenny Lin was a Relationship Manager who focused on developing long-lasting client relationships and loyalty. In her most recent role, she managed and advised a portfolio of 600+ affluent clients in a total of 230MM assets with the objective of customer acquisition and retention at HSBC Bank USA. She provided comprehensive financial planning, asset management, building financial rapport and developing long term relationships with affluent clients which resulted in net new wealth growth. Prior to this, she worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a licensed banker and brokerage associate.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics at UC Berkeley. She is bilingual and native in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese. In her personal time, she enjoys canvas painting and interior design; she also loves biking and hiking during weekends.
