Step 1: Introductory Meeting
Our relationship begins with an initial discussion aimed towards getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your future goals.
Step 2: Discovery Meeting
During the discovery meeting, we will work together to establish your financial goals by reviewing your current financial situation and developing an appropriate risk tolerance that can help you achieve the financial outcome you envision for yourself.
Step 3: Concept Meeting
At this time, we will review our findings and decide whether any changes need to be made. We will also identify and explore various implementation strategies.
Step 4: Follow Up
Part of implementation is tracking the progress of your goal achievement. We will see what has been completed and what still needs to be done. We may have additional meetings to complete other action items.
Step 5: Implementation Phase
You begin to take action on your financial goals. We will complete any paperwork that is necessary for your desired plan of action.
Step 6: Review Meetings
Once you have your plan in place, we will review your current situation, life events, goals, risk, accounts and tracking against your goals.

Amy Vice is Client Service Associate with the team. Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from California State University, Fresno in 1992. Amy began her career in finance at North American Mortgage Company in 1993 working as an Assistant Operations Manager for the company’s telemarketing division in retail lending. She remained with the company until 2002 when she left to focus on raising her three daughters; Jenna, Skylar and Alexandra. She spent some of that time away from the finance industry helping her husband, Scott with his landscaping business and working at her children’s school as an instructional aid in Math and Science. Amy rejoined the workforce in 2015, working with Ylisa to maintain the high level of customer service that our clients are accustomed to. She enjoys getting to know our wonderful clients and assisting them in achieving their goals in finance and in life.
A lifelong resident of Sonoma County and a California girl at heart, Amy and her family enjoy traveling to tropical locations, watching Alexandra play soccer and Lacrosse, trips to our local beaches and hiking in our beautiful County, as well as spending time with friends and extended family. About Brent Curlow
Brent Curlow is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in San Francisco and Hawaii. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients’ and prospects’ financial planning needs.
Brent began his career in financial services in 2003, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he worked at First Hawaiian Bank as an Investment Services Analyst.
Brent graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is a CFA charter holder . About Joe Saadi
Joseph Saadi is the Regional Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley’s Central Region. Within the Trust Services Group, Joe is responsible for delivering the “Open Architecture” trustee platform, which consists of several unaffiliated third-party trust companies who serve in a fiduciary, agency or custodial role for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Joe and the Trust Services Group help Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors, clients, prospects and the professional community understand the corporate trustee services available through Morgan Stanley and how their corporate trustee partners provide fiduciary services to clients. The process involves reviewing trust documents and statements as well as analyzing family dynamics. Joe then uses this information to help clients select one or more of the Firm’s corporate trustee partners to possibly serve as trustee, co-trustee or administrative agent for client trust accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe’s 30 years of legal and comprehensive wealth planning experience include positions as Managing Director at TIAA Trust Company, Market Trust Director at JP Morgan Trust Company, Trust & Estate Specialist at Merrill Lynch Trust Company, and District Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
Joe obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Joe is a member of the State Bar of Ohio and holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Clint Eddy is an Executive Director with the Family Office Resources (FOR) team at Morgan Stanley. As a Generalist with FOR he helps Financial Advisors and their clients curate and navigate an expansive suite of highly specialized resources to address the complex, multifaceted challenges of managing significant wealth so clients may make complicated decisions confidently.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Clint was a Wealth Strategist at Merrill Lynch for over 15 years. Clint also practiced tax and business law at the law firm of Fox Rothschild for over six years. He was a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax and Corporate Transactions groups. Clint is a member of Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). He is the co-author of the Washington Partnership and Limited Liability Company Deskbook and was named a “Rising Star” by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
