My Story

Hina empowers her clients to achieve the highest levels of financial success with her energetic, positive, and hardworking attitude. Hina was born and raised in India and carries great pride in her culture. Hina has two beautiful children, Ria and Rikhil, a husband, Jeffrey, and has resided in Naples, Florida for thirty two (32) years. Prior to a career in finance, Hina successfully managed and operated several businesses in Naples. With fifteen (15) years of experience operating a business, she applies her extensive knowledge gained from being an entrepreneur to provide a more comprehensive perspective to planning.

Hina started her financial career as a Financial Advisor at Fifth Third Securities in 2008 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015. She received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, India and earned her MBA with a concentration in Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University. Hina enjoys playing golf with friends, watching football, and traveling to Colorado for family hiking trips!

Meet My Team

About Jorge Calleja

Jorge A. Calleja is a Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Management Director, International Client Advisor, and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Jorge earned a B.S. Degree in finance from the University of Florida’s Warrington, School of Business. He is licensed in 38 states and is a 25 year veteran of the firm, having spent his entire professional career at Morgan Stanley.

Since 2008, Jorge has been part of Morgan Stanley’s portfolio management program which allows a select group of Morgan Stanley financial advisors who are qualified by the firm based on training, experience, and commitment, to make independent investment decisions in the management of assets. As a Senior Portfolio Management Director, Jorge studies investment trends and leverages the global resources of the firm to help clients develop a personalized investment strategy.

Jorge is also a Managing Director. An appointment made to a select group of advisers who must not only meet quantitative criteria, but are recognized as exhibiting leadership at the firm, both externally and internally, and is viewed as a role model of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and is consistently exemplifying high standards of guardianship.

Jorge and his team are highly experienced with strategies relating to trust and estate planning, as well as working with clients to develop customized investment portfolios and strategies.

Jorge is a member of the firm’s prestigious Chairman's Club. This is an elite group, composed of the firm’s top 2% of financial advisors. It recognizes Jorge’s consistent creativity and excellence in providing a wide range of investment products and wealth management services to his clients. Most recently he was also appointed to the firm’s National Financial Advisor Counsel. The council acts as liaison between their colleagues and senior management in order to create a two way communication to discuss and provide feedback and insight on key initiatives within the organization.

Jorge is most proud, of his teams' active involvement in local charities. Directly he and his team participate and support more than 20 charities in the community especially those with an emphasis on children and education. In his free time Jorge enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He married his high school sweetheart, Gisselle. Jorge and Gisselle have lived in Naples almost 25 years, and they are the proud parents of two children.

Ana has a balanced 16-year career in the financial industry and is currently a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Ana is a champion of women’s leadership and empowerment. Following her passion, she has earned a seat on the Board of Directors at Women Enabled Enterprises. She is also a founding member at Chief, a private organization for women executive leaders. Additionally, Ana is a member of Morgan Stanley’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and a mentor to young professionals.


Ana earned a bachelor's degree in finance, graduating summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. with concentration in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional, adhering to one of the financial industry’s most stringent codes of ethics. In addition, Ana has completed Level I of the CFA® Program in 2019. In 2020, Ana received the BISA (Bank Insurance and Securities Association) Rising Star award for her outstanding and inclusive work ethic. In 2023, Ana has received the distinguished Five Star Wealth Manager award*. Given her background and experience, Ana has been a guest in many podcasts and has been the keynote speaker in multiple events on various wealth planning subjects.


As a strong supporter of financial literacy, one of Ana’s favorite quotes is “an investment in knowledge pays the best interest" by Benjamin Franklin. Ana is active in 8 organizations that promote education. She also provides pro-bono financial planning to less fortunate individuals. Additionally, Ana has been recognized as African Women’s Rights Advocate by Women Enabled Enterprises.


Along with her husband Alister and their two sons, Ana has lived in Southwest Florida for over 20 years. The Munro family enjoys playing golf, traveling, and learning new languages – so far, the Munro family has mastered Dutch, German, Portuguese, and Spanish!
