As Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Advisors, we combine our own talents and experience with the vast resources of a global financial services firm to address the planning, governance, liability management and investing needs of private & public corporations, non-profits, individuals, family offices and other significant investors who are looking for a customized investment strategy for a liquidity-focused portfolio.  Since joining Morgan Stanley in 1977,  the Hayes Basich Cash Management Group has managed portfolios ranging from several million to more than $1.2 billion with most client mandates in the $10 to $250 million range.       About Me

      Jeff is a Private Wealth Advisor and a PWM Director of Business Strategy within the Private Wealth Management division of Morgan Stanley.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1997, he attended California State University, Chico where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance.   Jeff’s primary focus is trading, and reporting for cash management portfolios; additional responsibilities include risk analysis and market commentary.   With over  20 years’ experience in Private Wealth Management, he brings diverse expertise to his position.

      Outside of work, Jeff is an avid runner and coaches youth basketball.   A native Californian, he currently lives in Petaluma with his wife, Alisha and their daughters, Madeline and Isabella.

      Jeff is Series 7, 63 and 66 licensed.

      About Me

      Haylie is a Client Service Associate with primary focus in portfolio analysis, allocation, marketing and customer support for our corporate cash clients. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2017, she was an Associate in Goldman Sachs’ finance division, supporting the Investment Banking Division. At Goldman Sachs, she specialized in debt and equity capital market issuances, regulation, and risk management. Haylie attended University of Southern California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Accountancy. In her spare time, Haylie likes to run and spend time outdoors. Haylie is Series 7 and 66 licensed.
