Matt Hansen serves as the Executive Director of the Hansen Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. With more than two decades of experience in wealth management, Matt focuses on helping entrepreneurs align their personal financial plans with their broader business strategies. He guides clients through critical phases of business growth and transition, including mergers, sales, and public offerings, while providing tailored financial and wealth management advice. Matt has obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and CERTIFIED EXIT PLANNING ADVISOR® certification and is a graduate of Southern Utah University. About Nic Trounce

Nic Trounce is a returning Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley and a new addition to the Rancho Santa Fe branch. He is enthusiastic about working with the Hansen Wealth Management Group and is eager to learn and contribute in any way possible. Nic has been with Morgan Stanley for over six years, having previously worked at the UTC branch as a Client Service Associate and on the E*TRADE side of Morgan Stanley in a Client Service/Relationship Management capacity. Before joining ETRADE/Morgan Stanley, he gained experience in both the insurance and logistics industries. Nic holds a degree in Business Management from BYU-I and has always been fascinated by finance, which ultimately led him to the industry.

Nic resides in the Rancho Penasquitos area of San Diego with his wife, Paige, and their two young sons, Russell (6) and Johnny (2). Outside of work, Nic and his wife are dedicated parents to their energetic boys. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing or watching basketball (particularly the Lakers), playing golf, and attending car shows.

Russ Gallen is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in California.
