About Jack Graves

Jack W. Graves is a Managing Director, Financial Advisor, and Senior Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley* in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been in the Investment and Securities Industry since 1985 and with Morgan Stanley* and its predecessor firms since 2006.
He is the Senior Partner of the Graves Spaeth Group at Morgan Stanley* which is made up of 4 investments professionals. The team focuses on custom personal portfolio management with an emphasis on assisting clients with obtaining and maintaining their retirement goals and objectives. Jack graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1983 with a BBA in Finance. About Mark Spaeth

Mark is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Management Director, and a Family Wealth Advisor for the Graves Spaeth Team, here at Morgan Stanley. His responsibilities on the team include portfolio strategy, implementation and planning. Mark has been with Morgan Stanley since 2006, and has been in the financial industry since 1995. Mark graduated with a BBA with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. He then received his J.D. from the OU College of Law in 1988, and is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at Boulder, Colorado. Prior to his entrance into the financial services industry, Mark was a practicing attorney in Oklahoma City.

Mark passed the qualifying examination at Columbia University in May of 2011 to earn the Certified Portfolio Manager Designation. This accreditation from the academy of Certified Portfolio Managers is centered on the quantitative aspects of portfolio management and knowledge of capital markets. Mark helps clients build and maintain portfolios designed to achieve capital growth and preservation utilizing asset allocation, diversification and risk reduction strategies.

Mark currently serves on the board of the Portfolio Management Institute “PMI”. PMI is a nationwide association of Morgan Stanley discretionary portfolio managers. Lorie is a native Tulsan who lives outside of Collinsville, Oklahoma with her husband, Allen. She enjoys assisting Allen in his business of training hunting dogs off horseback and in doing so, travels to beautiful parts of the country. She and Allen have two daughters.

About Laura E. Palik

Laura Palik started in the Securities Industry with Morgan Stanley in 2012, following a career in teaching and being a stay at home mom for many years. She is currently a Client Relationship Analyst for GSW Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley.

Laura’s primary role for the team is marketing, while also supporting team operations, business development, and client experience. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1990 with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and later received another BS in Elementary Education.
