Forty plus years into his career, Jim Small is still fascinated by investment strategy and the constantly changing dynamics of markets. Jim brings that curiosity and passion to the service of his team and their clients each and every day. His areas of focus include investment management, restricted and concentrated equity strategies, and lending solutions. A natural teacher, Jim enjoys educating clients about markets and investments, and serving as a mentor to junior colleagues.
Jim began his financial advisory career at Morgan Stanley in 1983 after graduating from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in history. He and Katerina Simonetti moved their practice to UBS in 2009 and returned to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2020.

Elisabeth (Lizzy) Till leads our client service team and is responsible for overseeing all of the group’s administrative and operational activities and developing service protocols.

She serves as the main point of contact for institutional clients on 401(k) plans, concentrated equity strategies, cash management and lending. She is financial planner and an analyst in charge of investment proposals and custom reporting.

Lizzy oversees trading, asset allocation, manager due diligence and portfolio maintenance for the team.

Prior to joining the team in 2020, Lizzy worked as a Retirement Specialist at Vanguard. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.

Lizzy grew up in Princeton, New Jersey, and currently resides in Center City, Philadelphia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, swimming and spending time with friends and family.

Jake has joined the Green Wave Wealth Wealth Management Group as a PWM Client Service Associate! Jake will serve as the first point of contact for all service requests and client inquires.
