Mark Feiler is an Executive Director and the Market Executive for the Greater Michigan market. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Finance, he has spent over 28 years in the financial services industry, and 20 at Morgan Stanley (legacy Smith Barney), including leading offices in Miami and Scottsdale. Having had a Regional Sales Manager role with Smith Barney covering the state of Michigan, Mark is excited to get back to the Greater Michigan market.

Mark also led the 9 offices across the state of Michigan with Ameriprise Financial for 7 years prior to returning to Morgan Stanley.

Married with 3 children, including one at Michigan State, he is often on the sidelines cheering for basketball games or tennis matches, or coaching soccer. Mark is involved in numerous committees, including the Children’s Foundation of Michigan (formerly the Detroit Children’s Hospital Foundation), and the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board for his town. He is also an avid fan of live music, travel and cooking.

Pamela S. Wright joined Morgan Stanley in 1994, where she is a Senior Vice President and the Senior Risk Officer for Morgan Stanley Greater Michigan Market. Pam leads a team of local risk officers across the ten-branch market. Her team is committed to putting clients first by providing counsel and resources to the Financial Advisors and support professionals.

The Greater Michigan Market team earned three Commendable Audits in the past five years. Pam is a firm believer in providing mentorship and developmental activities to help colleagues serve clients better, while building their careers. In addition to overseeing client risk, product risk and regulatory risk. She is driven to help senior clients who are vulnerable to fraud. Pam does everything in her power to help protect this important segment of the client population from scams.

Her passion for doing more for clients is matched by her desire to give back to the community. As a member of the Greater Michigan Market Culture Council, Pam supports a wide variety of causes across the state, including local food banks, veterans’ organizations, and child & family issues. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys traveling the world—from exotic destinations like Africa, New Zealand and Tahiti to a variety of destinations in Central Florida, including their amusement parks. Pam and her partner Sam live in Fenton, MI, in a house they share with their two cats and six dogs.

Maya serves as the Market Business Service Officer. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience by leading and supervising service and business functions across the market. Collaborating with the Market Management Team to implement strategic initiatives, foster a strong market culture, and ensure exceptional client service. This role involves mentoring a team of Business Service Officers and Service Managers, managing risk, and maintaining compliance with firm policies. Also acting as a key liaison between the market and Home Office departments, standardizing operational procedures and overseeing market expense management.

Maya, a former Vice President and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Grand Rapids, excelled in providing personalized financial services to affluent individuals and families in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. She was dedicated to understanding her clients' values and aspirations, offering tailored guidance in wealth management, business succession planning, and multi-generational wealth strategies. Leveraging J.P. Morgan's extensive resources, Maya helped clients navigate investment, lending, banking, planning, and philanthropy. Her passion for empowering women to manage and grow their assets was fueled by her experience as a business owner. Maya's unique ability to build personal connections with clients and partners was central to her approach, ensuring she delivered financial peace of mind by genuinely listening to each client's story.

Maya has spent more than eighteen years in the financial services industry. She began her career as a teller with Fifth Third Bank following her move to the U.S. and, in the years since, rose to senior-level, as Branch manager and Advisor positions at PNC Private Bank. Her strengths include strategic and targeted planning, problem solving and strong organization, project and time management and strong proficiencies in leadership, facilitating employee development through coaching mentoring and training.

Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Maya earned a B.S. in Insurance Studies from St. Joseph University. Formerly, she participated with Coralus, a global community of passionately generous people, and currently on the executive leadership team of Go Red for Women, with the American Heart Association. And the Board of Directors of the Kalamazoo Symphony.

Maya lives in Kalamazoo with her husband and 13-year-old daughter. She enjoys cooking together as a family and traveling to experience other cultures and cuisines.

Ben Westin serves as Associate Market Manager for the East Lansing Branch within the Greater Michigan Market. In this role, he helps drive the financial and sales performance of the local market while supporting daily branch operations, advisor business development, risk management, regulatory compliance, and supervisory planning.

Ben brings more than 11 years of financial services experience, including multiple roles within Morgan Stanley and the broader industry. He first joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as a Financial Advisor Associate before transitioning to Regal Financial Group, where he served on the compliance team and was later named Chief Compliance Officer in 2019. Ben returned to Morgan Stanley in 2023 as a Risk Officer, supporting branches across the market, contributing to key risk and technology initiatives.

Known for his collaborative, solutions-oriented, and ethical approach, Ben partners closely with advisors, branch leadership, and market teams to help identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and execute with clarity and accountability. His experience across advisor development, compliance, supervision, and risk management provides a well-rounded perspective on helping teams grow responsibly and serve clients effectively.

Ben holds Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 52, 53, 66, and 99 licenses. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University in 2010. Ben has also been recognized with the Presidential Award for Volunteer Service and the Congressional Award for Volunteer Service.

Originally from Jackson, Michigan, Ben lives in the Lansing area with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Roman and Evelyn. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and tackling home improvement projects.

Chuk Ehiwogwu is the Business Development Manager for Morgan Stanley’s Greater Michigan Market. Chuk is committed to helping Financial Advisors to grow their business by connecting them to the right internal and external resources. By anticipating the Advisors’ needs and understanding their goals, Chuk is able to deliver the vast global resources of the firm to them on behalf of their clients.

Chuk is always looking for ways to improve the client experience and has implemented a number of successful strategies since he joined the firm in 2021. He earned his MBA from Hamline University and joined the financial services industry in 2015 as a Client Service Associate at Ameriprise Financial. Chuk has always had a passion for helping clients to reach the goals they’ve set for themselves and their families.

Chuk recently got married and relocated to the Greater Michigan area. He enjoys golfing, shooting, traveling the world, and dining out at many of the great local restaurants in his community.

Leila Wilson joined Morgan Stanley in October 2018 in the Saginaw, MI branch. In May of 2021 she became the Branch Administrator for the former East Lansing Sub-Complex, and in February of 2022 she became the Market Administrator for Greater Michigan. In this role, Leila is responsible for helping supervise the expenses, travel, technology, and facilities needs of Greater Michigan’s 200 employees across 11 office locations.

Prior to the administrator role, Leila worked as a Client Service Associate for a Wealth Management team facilitating many projects centered around client care and service.

Leila is a graduate of Western Michigan University. In her free-time she loves to travel with friends and spend time in Mid-Michigan with her family.
