About Me

With almost 2 decades of experience, Prentice strives to deliver superior service and advice to his clients through regular communication aimed at understanding and anticipating the events that may affect a client. When it comes to executing on a financial strategy, Prentice’s primary focus is the effective management of risk while generating a return in line with client goals. Prentice ensures each strategy is aligned to what matters most to each client.

Born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Prentice began his career in 2006 with UBS in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Prentice worked for Merrill Lynch in their New Orleans office from 2008-2024. In addition to his responsibilities with his core advisory practice, Prentice has held several leadership positions at Merrill Lynch as the Sales Manager for the Louisiana/Mississippi Market and leading the FA Development Program. Prentice holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant QPFC™ and the CRPC™ designation. In addition, he holds the Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 FINRA designations.
