About Me
Erica is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley and a key member of the Frantz Guzman Group. With over 16 years of industry experience, Erica is passionate about helping ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families gain peace of mind and financial confidence through a highly personalized, yet disciplined approach to investing and financial planning.
She takes a holistic view of wealth management, drawing on the vast resources of Morgan Stanley to deliver deeply customized strategies. Erica builds close relationships with her clients to understand what matters most, providing thoughtful guidance across all aspects of their financial lives.

Throughout her career, Erica has worked at leading firms including UBS, RBC, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo. She earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, where she was an NCAA Division I swimmer.
Erica lives in Edina with her husband, Collin, their sons Jack and Connor, and daughter Grace. She supports M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital and is active on the Fashion Fest committee. A proud member of Team Women, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, or taking a barre class when she’s not in the office.

About Jordyn Anderson
Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2025, Jordyn worked as a Registered Client Service Associate at UBS. She works with our clients and advisors on a daily basis to deliver the highest quality of service.
She graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2019, majoring in Strategic Communications and Sports Management. She began her career in the sports social media and public relations industry, working in the Athletic Communications Department at the University of Minnesota. She recently lived in downtown Chicago where she worked as an Account Coordinator at a boutique public relations firm.
Jordyn’s past experiences have given her the tools needed to manage the operational aspects of the business. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Returning to her roots, Jordyn moved back to Minnesota in December of 2021 and currently resides in Eden Prairie. When she isn’t working, you will most likely find her with her nose in a book, spending time with friends and family or exploring the outdoors.

Sam is a Client Service Associate with Frantz Guzman Group at Morgan Stanley. She joined the team in May 2025, bringing with her seven years of experience in risk and compliance at U.S. Bank.
Sam is a graduate of Brown University, where she earned her degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations with a focus in Economics. While at Brown, she also played Division I hockey – a sport she continued professionally for five years in the NWHL and PWHPA. Her experiences as a high-level collegiate and professional athlete shaped her approach to client service – fostering teamwork, strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Originally from Minnesota, Sam is happy to be back in her home state and currently lives in New Brighton. When she is not at work she enjoys staying active and spending quality time with friends and family.
