Fabian John leads a team at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, delivering highly customized advice to Silicon Valley executives, founders, and investors. He focuses on helping clients navigate complexity—whether managing concentrated equity positions, planning for liquidity events, or integrating investments with lending, tax, and estate strategies.
With over 20 years of experience, Fabian is known for a thoughtful, high-touch approach that brings together all aspects of a client’s financial life. He has been recognized as one of Forbes’ Best-In-State Wealth Advisors for California (2021–2026).
Fabian holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Family Wealth Director and Alternative Investments Director, providing clients access to Morgan Stanley’s full capabilities across both traditional and private markets.
He earned his B.S. in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California, where he attended on a football scholarship and played defensive back—an experience that shaped his competitive and disciplined approach to his work today.
Fabian lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, fitness, and discovering old-world wines.

Nick is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management offices in San Francisco and Seattle. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients’ and prospects’ financial planning needs.
Nick began his career in financial services with Morgan Stanley in 2008.
