Jack Evans is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor who has been with Morgan Stanley since 2007.  He has been a financial advisor since 1981, previously with Smith Barney and its predecessor firm, Robinson Humphrey.  He has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and wisdom in helping people make important financial decisions.

 A Charleston area native, Jack graduated with a BA and a Master’s from Clemson University.  He and his attorney wife, Evie, have lived in Mt. Pleasant since 1983.  They have three married children also living in the Charleston area:  Drew and Kelly Evans, Emily and Thomas Limehouse, and Forrest and Anna Evans and seven grandchildren: Owen, Rhys, Louis, John Forrest, Eliza and Ellis.  Jack is active in church and community, serving as both a Deacon and an Elder at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian, Past-President of the Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant, and Past-President of Charleston Men’s Chorus, where he has been a member since 1994.

Terri Collins Murray, a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley since 2015, brings to our team over 20 years of business experience managing relationships in the technology and financial services industries, previously working as a Personal Financial Consultant at Ernst & Young, Managing Director at Babson Capital now Barings, and Executive Customer Relations Manager at Amazon. Terri received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Richmond and a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. Her education and professional and personal experiences fuel her passion for serving clients in the wealth management space. Terri’s focus areas include Financial Planning, Relationship Management, and Modern Wealth Management.


Terri has made Charleston her home since 2004. She has two sons, Briggs and Keaton, and loves to travel, read, ski, run, cook, and spend time with family and friends.

David always hoped he’d get the opportunity to work with his mother in the financial services industry someday. Instead, he got the opportunity to work with both his parents. The Financial Advisor team he founded with them provides clients with guidance that encompasses not only investments, but other dimensions of their financial lives. Dave's parents have since moved on from advisory, but Dave continues their legacy each & every day working with his clients.

David is a Morgan Stanley-credentialed Portfolio Manager who relieves clients of day-to-day investment decisions they would rather not make on their own. The proprietary portfolio strategy he developed is based on the concept of relative strength, a discipline that attempts to identify sectors with the greatest likelihood of outperforming or underperforming the overall market for the foreseeable future. 

A veteran who served in the US Army, David received a BS in Business Administration from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at The University of Richmond.  He is a firm believer in the value of education, having continued his studies to qualify for the prestigious Certified Financial Planner designation. These credentials help him take a more comprehensive view of his clients’ finances and create strategies that work in concert toward even their most challenging financial goals. 

Outside the office, David coaches girls’ lacrosse in Readington Township, even though his two daughters have long since moved on to other interests. A former Eagle Scout who still takes pride in that accomplishment, David resides in Whitehouse Station with his family, not too far from where he was brought up and first envisioned his future career.

As a dedicated employee to the business, Madeline helps run the team's client relationship management. She is responsible for welcoming new clients and ensuring current clients are taking full advantage of all our team has to offer. Her experience moving every 2 to 4 years with a father in the Navy has developed her ability to form lasting relationships with people so that she knows how to help meet each client's specific need as well as how to anticipate them. She has been working in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley since graduating from the College of Charleston in 2012. She is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed and holds an Insurance license. Madeline currently resides in Mt. Pleasant and enjoys all of the water sports and sunshine that Charleston has to offer.

A native of Mount Pleasant, Joe has worked along multiple channels of the financial services industry across Wall Street and local firms here in Charleston. He attended the University of South Carolina, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business. He currently holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® certification and the CHARTERED ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT ANALYST^® designation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and his boxer-pitbull Boone, venturing outdoors and on the water, reading, and SEC football.
