I strive to provide comprehensive financial advice to meet all aspects of my client’s financial lives.  
My Story and Services
Eugene H. Clark IV is a First Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with Morgan Stanley since 2007. Eugene and his son, Eugene (Gene) Clark V, have partnered to form the Clark Group to support a wide variety of clients in seeking to make their financial dreams become a reality. In order to broaden the resources available to their clients, the Clark Group merged with the Insignia Group in early 2024. 
Eugene has always been intrigued by the markets and the economy, and enjoys working with people on a personal basis. He strives to provide each client with a highly customized investment plan to help ensure they can both enjoy their wealth and remain financially independent for years to come. The team draws upon its broad knowledge and Morgan Stanley’s intellectual capital and vast resources to deliver solutions for a wide variety of needs.
Eugene looks at every individual as a unique person; each with different goals, risk tolerance, life style and values. His personal approach is tailored to help clients achieve and maintain their goals with minimal risk. His teamwork, discipline and skill-set, have helped build a successful practice driven by long standing, trusting relationships. He takes pride that many clients have worked with the team for decades, including families whom they have served for multiple generations.
Eugene received his Master of Business Administration in Quantitative Methods from Bucknell University and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. He is a 15 yearlong member of the Cumberland Beagle Club and speaks German fluently. Eugene is married and has 3 grown children and 5 young grandchildren. He is very proud to have his oldest son, Gene Clark, who has joined him in his practice to support their clients’ financial objectives for future generations.
