Arthur Sherman joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Canada in 2026 after spending two decades in financial services in New York.
While in the United States, Arthur led the Canada-focused business effort of The Polk Wealth Management Group, which has been ranked top 2 by Barron's in each of its past five annual Private Wealth Management Team rankings. Since joining Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Canada, Arthur continues to work closely with the Polk Team and other US-based advisors to support the cross-border needs of Canadian clients.
Arthur re-joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 after starting his finance career in 2007 with Smith Barney. In between, he spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. Arthur focuses on multigenerational financial strategies offering clients innovative solutions highlighted by family office capabilities, Direct Indexing, Alternative Investments and Structured Investments.
A graduate of the School of Management at Binghamton University, Arthur previously worked as a sports journalist highlighted by covering the University of Connecticut men's basketball program. Away from work, he is an avid runner and passionate soccer fan. Arthur is an adopted Torontonian whose wife was born and raised in the city. Their two sons have grown up in Toronto while Arthur commuted to and from New York before his full-time move to Canada.
