About Russell Bancroft
Russell began his career in the financial industry with Morgan Stanley in 1998.
Russell is a designated Wealth Advisor and the Branch Manager of the Elmira, NY office. He is FINRA registered and holds Series 7, 9 10, 31, 63 and 65 licenses and is licensed in 22 states.
He was born in Ithaca, NY and attended Cornell University. He later moved to Elmira, NY in 2001 and has lived in the Horseheads since 2002.
Russell has five daughters and a large dog named Vader. He spends much of his free time as a coach for Soaring Capital Soccer Club and used to coach for CVSA as well.
Russell is an active member of Kiwanis, where he has served as past President and past Treasurer. Additionally, he is involved with multiple other volunteer/non-profit groups and activities such as Children’s Miracle Network.

John has been working in the financial industry for 40+ years, he began his career with Dean Whitter in 1981 before transitioning into Morgan Stanley.
John is a designated Wealth Advisor and is FINRA registered, he holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. He is a native to the area, born and raised in Horseheads, NY. He & his wife Katrina L. Princiotto have been happily married for 32 years and counting and have two children, Kalley and Trey.
Outside of work John enjoys spending his time in the outdoors, partaking in activities at Seneca Lake in the summer and snowmobiling throughout the winter.
John above all values his time with his family & friends and can always be found with an ecstatic attitude.

Peter moved stateside 30+ years ago and lived in Colorado until moving to the Elmira area in 1997 and his US citizenship in Binghamton in 2004. He is married, has four children and two grandchildren. His wife is a veterinarian, and they are animal lovers that own a small farm with chickens, sheep, dogs, and a cat. In his free time Peter enjoys hiking and riding motorcycles.

Rich’s areas of focus are retirement income planning and in socially responsible investing (ESG). Before life in the industry, Rich grew up on Long Island, NY and attended Cornell University where he graduated with a BS degree.
Since then, Rich has resided in the Ithaca area for 50+ years. He and his wife Shirley have four children, Ariel, Mia, Gabriel and Elena as well as two dogs by the names of Zorino and Sophia. Outside of work Rich enjoys playing Tennis, Golf, and listening to live music.
