About Eliah S. Najjar
Eliah is a Managing Director and a Senior Investment Management Consultant with Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Private Wealth Management Group. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 and has spent his entire career working with ultra-high net worth families. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Eliah began his career at JP Morgan’s Private Bank in Chicago and worked for a brief time at Lehman Brothers.
In his role, Eliah works with families to understand their investment goals and objectives and assists in the development and implementation of solutions for these families. As head of The 92nd Group, Eliah works across generations within families to help ensure long-term relationship continuity, and to ensure the understanding of basic financial principles across the generations. Additionally, Eliah is part of a select group of advisors at Morgan Stanley that has earned the firm’s “Impact Director” designation, qualifying him to create investment portfolios that address issues of sustainability and social change or adhere to religious principles. Most recently, in October 2025, Eliah earned the “Founders Specialist” designation at Morgan Stanley. This specialized group was created to help address the unique wealth management needs of business Founders and their employees—whether that’s professional financial guidance, workplace benefits, investment banking or corporate cash. Founders Specialists can help determine important items like cash flow, tax-efficient ways to transfer wealth, philanthropic goals, succession and estate planning and family office access. Capitalizing on Morgan Stanley’s exclusive and robust platform, this designation reflects Eliah’s knowledge in helping executives solve problems for their businesses, their own financial lives, and their employees.
In 2019, Eliah was first named to the list of Forbes Best-in-State Financial Advisors and has been annually ranked on that list ever since.
Eliah received his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2004, with concentrations in finance and corporate strategy. He received his BA magna cum laude in Economics from Northwestern University in 1999. He and his family are deeply involved with Equestrian Connection, which provides equine therapy to children and adults with various physical and mental ailments. They also support Roberti Community House, which works to provide food and educational resources to help foster talent and skill development in the Waukegan, Illinois community. Eliah is also a direct supporter of the Catholic Charities. He and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters and reside in Lake Forest, Illinois.
