Eldon strives to be a trusted and respected financial advisor with a wide-range of knowledge and experience that serves the needs and goals of his clients. Since the start of his career in financial services in 2005, Eldon has always sought ways to help support his clients on multiple levels relevant to their financial needs. That support serves as an integral part of his process toward building and enhancing meaningful relationships with his broad range of clients, including families, business owners and top-level executives. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Eldon worked for Merrill Lynch.

Eldon’s personalized approach to wealth management takes a broad overview of his clients’ lives, while remaining keenly focused on the future. Noted as an empathetic listener, he is committed to building lasting relationships with every generation of his clients’ families. With a keen eye for discovering what’s most important to his clients, Eldon helps them to define their goals. Whether a client’s goals revolve around retirement, starting a business, funding a child’s education, or perhaps even creating a charitable foundation, he is always committed to working together to create personalized strategies appropriate for their unique situations.

Eldon earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Potsdam. Eldon has earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation, awarded by the Investments & Wealth Institute™ which affords him the opportunity to serve high-net-worth individuals who seek the latest, most advanced knowledge and techniques, and addresses the sophisticated needs of clients that focus on investing and wealth management. Eldon has also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and assists clients’ with pre- and post-retirement needs, as well as issues related to equity compensation asset management and estate planning strategies.

He and his family reside in Albany where he serves as a Trustee for the Albany Leadership Charter High School for Girls, the Metropolitan Baptist Church of Albany, and for the Potsdam College foundation. In his spare time, Eldon enjoys family time, playing basketball and traveling.

Emilio began his career in financial services in 2010 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2020. Prior to his current position, he worked at Fidelity Investments.
