My Story and Services

Over my 39 years as a Financial Advisor, my practice has evolved to incorporate new approaches and processes designed to help my clients achieve their goals. At the same time, the industry has changed dramatically reflecting a more complex world. This has convinced me that having an expanded team approach would better serve my clients. Just as I advise my clients to develop a business succession plan and/or estate plan, I am doing the same for my practice.

It is with that in mind that I am delighted to announce together with my colleagues, I have formed The Palm Oaks Group at our Morgan Stanley Boca Raton FL office and the Little Falls office in NJ. My partners on the Team are Financial Advisors Claudine Callison-Siero, Jay M. Dewan, Frank C. Senzino II.

My teammates share my values, approach to investing, and high standards for client service. We believe this collaborative environment will continue to offer the same distinct benefits for clients, while allowing us to create an enhanced level of service to help our clients meet their financial objectives.

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Financial Advisors can conduct their business in several ways: individually, as a member of a team of Financial Advisors, or through the formation of a Strategic Partnership with another Financial Advisor or team of Financial Advisors. A Strategic Partnership is an arrangement between a Financial Advisor or a team of Financial Advisors with another Financial Advisor or team of Financial Advisors that has a unique focus or knowledge regarding a specific business concentration, product area and/or client type. If your account is with an individual Financial Advisor, that Financial Advisor services all facets of your account. If your account is with a Financial Advisor who is a member of a team, any Financial Advisor on the team can service your account. If your Financial Advisor is part of a Strategic Partnership, his or her role in that Strategic Partnership may be limited to a specific business and/or product area and may not cover all facets of your account. The use of the terms “Partner” or “Strategic Partner” and/or “Partnership” or “Strategic Partnership” are used as terms of art and not used to imply or connote any legal relationship.

Working with You

Ultimately, my job as a Financial Advisor is to work with you to build a relationship, understand your goals, and create a realistic plan towards setting yourself, your children, and your loved ones up for what lies ahead in life. In order to do this, outlined below is my 5 step process towards building our holistic strategy.
    Icon Image
    Discovery Phase
The most important skill as a Financial Advisor is understanding you clients' needs. To do this we discuss your life style and future goals before reviewing your current financial situation and developing an appropriate risk tolerance. This allows us to help create the financial outcome you envision for yourself.
    Icon Image
    Strategic Analysis
Once an initial understanding of your wants, needs, and situations is complete, the information is strategically analyzed to begin preparing the resources and guidance customized to you. It is crucial to your success to have your investment horizon, tax situations, and planning needs organized and thoroughly thought through.
    Icon Image
    Financial Plan
The financial plan presentation maps out essential factors that play into your financial success such as your employee or employer contributions, liquidity events, and insurance coverage. Additionally, a holistic asset allocation analysis for your account helps to ensure a comprehensive financial plan.
    Icon Image
    Implementation
When implementing your strategy, a strong emphasis is put on measuring tax impacts, asset allocation adjustments, and saving/benefit modifications. The present, past, and future generations are accounted for through assistance with estate planning and educational funding.
    Icon Image
    Continuous Monitoring
Finally, you will never be forgotten about. There will be constant monitoring of your assets and performance. Questions and concerns are always addressed and met with solutions.
