He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their financial goals so they have the financial freedom to pursue their passions.
Jason’s life as an investor began in his teens, after he received a small settlement from a life-changing car accident. He studied philosophies of the great investors and made his own plan to invest his settlement in the stock market. He went on to study finance and marketing at Belmont University, where he earned a B.B.A. He began his career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in 1993.
Jason is committed to financial education. He understands the complex and evolving factors driving wealth management and the importance of keeping up with these changes. Studying investment analysis at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania cultivated distinctive skills in investment management, stock option optimization, retirement and estate planning strategies. Jason takes pride in his ability to take complex financial concepts and effectively communicate them to his clients—teaching them how the market works and how to help grow, preserve and transition their wealth.
A native of Nashville, Jason and his wife, Wendy, live in Old Hickory with their dog, George. Jason is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). He was honored by Barron's as a Top 1,200 Financial Advisor from 2017 through 2021. Jason was also named to Forbes Best In State Advisors (Tennessee) from 2019 through 2024.
In his leisure time, Jason enjoys working out, spending time with his wife, studying company balance sheets to find great opportunities for his clients, reading about the great investors of our time like Warren Buffett, and meeting with clients. Be careful, he might give you a book to read.
