About Kelly White
Kelly White serves as a Vice President and Business Service Officer for the Ohio Valley Market at Morgan Stanley, where she is dedicated to supporting teams enhance client experience with the firm. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2012, Kelly has focused on building strong relationships and providing exceptional service through various roles in the Client Service Center and the field.
Her career path has been shaped by a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. In 2017, Kelly took on the role of Regional Leader for the New York Metro team in the Service Review Unit, where she worked closely with the New York market to ensure client satisfaction and team success. Her experience in New York City as a Business Service Manager further refined her ability to lead teams in addressing client concerns and progressing service delivery.
Kelly's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management. She leverages this knowledge to provide insightful guidance and support in her leadership role.
Outside of work, Kelly is actively involved in her community, participating in initiatives such as Women in Wealth Columbus, Ohio, and supporting organizations such as Dress for Success Columbus, Palace Cultural Arts Association, and Franklin County Special Olympics. She lives in Marion, Ohio, with her husband, Josh, and their two Pomeranians, Jace and Kubo. In her free time, Kelly enjoys painting, reading, and bowling, activities that help her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
