I am also deeply committed to giving back to my community through charitable work with the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, Mount Sinai Medical Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.

About Lori Monaco

Lori Monaco, Senior VP Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, attends to both domestic and offshore clients, and holds a CFA designation, as well as being fluent in English and three other languages: Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

Monaco worked at RBC Wealth Management from 2004 to January 2015. In fact, she was hired to establish the Broker Dealer business in Miami and was branch manager in the city from 2004 to 2006. She has always worked as Financial Advisor, advising on investment solutions for wealth management clients.

Lori previously held the post of CIO at Coutts USA International for a period of four years, and was responsible for the Advisory and Execution team in Miami, focusing mainly on non-resident HNW and UHNW clients.

Previously, from 1995 to 2000, she worked as Head of Research at Vestrust in Miami, covering Latin American Corporate Debt, specializing in the Media and Telecommunications sector. She had previously spent four years in New York as an analyst in the technology sector. Therefore, Lori Monaco has over 25 years experience in the investment and wealth management industry.

About Joanna Leal

Joanna brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She attended Florida International University and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 with a financial advisor who has since retired from MS but who she worked with hand-in-hand for 2 decades. She is responsible for all operational aspects of our business for both international and domestic clients. It is her upmost priority to provide excellent customer service which has allowed her to build solid client relationships through the years and establish new ones along the way.

She is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Joanna lives in Miami, Florida with her husband Juan Carlos, their 2 children Carlos and Daniella and their puppy Milo.

She enjoys music, going to the movies, beach days and spending quality time and traveling with her family.

About Mell Dilor

Mell is one of the founders of Avenue Securities, a Brazilian Broker-dealer, and has experience as a Financial Educator and Relationship and Investment Manager. She holds an MBA from FGV-Rio and is fully licensed in US with Series 7 and Series 66. Mell is native in Portuguese and fluent in English.

Recently joined our team as Registered Associate providing operational support within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Field, dealing with daily basis needs such as KYC, AML, money movement and documentation.

About David Martinez

David Martinez currently has the SIE and Series 7 license, David has always had a passion for the world of finance, this led him to obtain his Masters degree in finance from Florida International University. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked with TradeStation Securities for three years where his focus was on trade specific support and providing comprehensive client support. David is fluent in both English and Spanish, he has a love for traveling and the outdoors.

About Jonathan Blanco

Jonathan Blanco is a committed financial professional with a strong foundation in finance, client relations, and investment management. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and registered, maintaining a Series 7 and 66 license. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I designation to further enhance his knowledge of global financial markets.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys reading personal development literature which continues to shape his philosophy on success and lifelong learning.
