About Edouard Yves Crepy

Born in France and married with 5 children, Mr. Edouard Crepy lives in Miami since 2002.

After graduating from the European Business School in Europe, Edouard started working in the industry at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London and Deutsche Bank in Munich, Germany at the fixed income and trading desks. He entered the world of Private Wealth Management at CIC in Paris and in 1995 he joined Banque Sudameris – Gruppo Banca Intesa – in Paris. Edouard was later assigned to Santiago de Chile, where he remained for 6 years before relocating to Sao Paulo, Brazil where he would reside for the following 3 years.

He moved to the United States in 2002 as Head of the Wealth Management of Banque Sudameris Miami before BNP Paribas acquired the business.

Mr. Crepy’s talents were immediately recognized and he rose to become a very successful Senior Vice President at BNP Paribas. In October 2011 he decided to join Morgan Stanley PWM as a Managing Director, bringing along the team he has been working with for more than 10 years.

About Daniele Conci

Born and raised in the spectacular Dolomites region of Italy, educated with financial and computer programming, Daniele has 20 years of experience in International Wealth Management.

He originally moved to Miami in 1999 with the goal of establishing the private banking agency of an Italian bank, where he worked until 2005 when he moved to BNP Paribas.

After 6 years of managing his book of clients at the French bank in both Miami and New York, Daniele joined Morgan Stanley in 2011 as a Managing Director and Senior Partner of the Eagleone Team, where he continues to grow his niche clientele of Italian heritage.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Daniele advises his clients located in the US, Central and South America and Europe.

For 20 years, he has helped high net worth individuals and their families developing and implementing wealth management strategies tailored to their specific needs and situations.

In addition, Daniele is a Senior Portfolio Management Director with a focus on active/tactical investment management and a Family Wealth Director, focused on estate planning strategy and family matters.

Daniele also serves as co-chair of the ICA Council (International Client Advisor), a selected group of 14 executives representing the International Wealth Management business of Morgan Stanley across the country.

Although Daniele has lived in New York for several years he is happy to call Miami his home.

About Fulvio Urbinati

Born in Brazil and from Italian descent, Mr. Fulvio Urbinati was raised traveling and studying in several places around the world such as the US, Spain and Italy.

Mr. Urbinati graduated from Universidade da Amazonia in Brazil with a BA in International Business. In 2000 he moved to the US to study at Northeastern University where he completed his Pre-MBA and a specialization in Finance and Capital Markets in 2002.

That same year Mr. Urbinati started his professional career in the world of finance where he spent the first 5 years as a Fixed Income Trader at Banque Sudameris and Banco Santander.

In 2007 Fulvio moved to BNP Paribas as a Financial Advisor and in 2011 decided to join Morgan Stanley where he was promoted to Managing Director in 2015. Mr. Urbinati specializes in tailor made solutions for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals within the International Market where he brings over 15 years of experience.

About Maria Lipton

Drawing on 35 years of international investing, planning and economic policy experience, Maria Lipton creates highly customized wealth management solutions for a select global clientele of high-achieving business leaders, their families
and foundations.

Maria began her banking career at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York as the Team Leader of the South Cone Private Banking operation. She advanced to increasingly responsible positions at American Express, Julius Baer, Credit Suisse and UBS before joining Morgan Stanley New York in 2009. Maria’s international experience encompasses faculty positions at Seisen International School and Sophia International University in Tokyo. She returned to New York to join the United Nations as an officer in the Economic and Social Council and the Second Committee, and the Environmental Co-ordinating Unit at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand.

Maria attended the Lycee Francais de Madrid and the University of Glasgow. She received an M.A. in public affairs from the State University of New York at Albany.

About Luca Majic

Luca Majic brings over two decades of wealth management experience to the service of ultra high net worth families and individuals, and select institutions, throughout Europe and the Americas. Luca’s goal is to craft highly customized wealth management plans that empower his clients to preserve and enhance their financial, family and social capital. Many of these relationships now span more than 15 years.

Luca studied international relations at Universidad del Salvador in his native Argentina, and finance at the University of Texas. He embarked on his career at Banco Santander Rio in their Argentina Private Banking Division. As the 2001 financial crisis engulfed his beloved Argentina, Luca relocated to Miami, where he spent the next two years before accepting a position with Santander at their Geneva office. In 2010, Luca joined the Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in their Geneva office, working with Latin American and European clients. In all, Luca spent eleven years working and living in Switzerland, developing the skills and savoir faire of doing wealth management with a European touch. It is also when Luca and his wife welcomed their two children.

In 2015, Luca and his family relocated to Miami to continue his career at the Private Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley.

In 2021, Luca decided to join The Eagleone team, one of the largest international teams within Morgan Stanley. As an Executive Director, he enjoys working collaboratively with the team members to develop and deliver best-in-class wealth management solutions for their clients.

Luca was born into an Argentinian family with proud Croatian roots, and raised in Comodoro Rivadavia, part of the Argentine Patagonia. His decision to relocate to Miami was partly motivated by his desire to raise his family in a city that was more reflective of their Argentinian roots. He also felt that Morgan Stanley’s U.S. top-in-class platform would better support his efforts to address his clients’ needs.

Born and raised in tropical Miami, Florida, Lisette is married with 2 adult children.

She has over 15 years’ experience in International Wealth Management specializing in Ultra High Net Worth clients with a strong devotion to first class customer service and finding solutions.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Lisette worked at HSBC Private Bank International and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Lisette was the Business Service Manager for our Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Branch before joining Eagleone as Group Director.
In her role, she focuses on administrative functions of the team including client customer service and oversees team coordination.
