Nadine Wong is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in New York since 1991. As a Family Wealth Director, she focuses on helping to empower clients to achieve financial success through customized asset allocation, manager selection, risk management and family office resources. Her clients include high net worth individuals, family offices, foundations, and Emmy^®, GRAMMY^®, OSCAR^®, Tony Award^® and MacArthur “Genius Grant” Award recipients.
In 2018, Nadine was awarded to Forbes' inaugural list of Best-in-State Wealth Advisors1 and since then has been recognized annually through 2026 in this category. She also was awarded to Forbes’ America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors1 2017-2021 and Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors1 2022-2026.2,3

A passion for giving back, Nadine connects her network, to raise funds for non-profits such as Second Stage Theater, American Theatre Wing, Hispanic Federation, Brooklyn Children’s Theatre, Stuttering Association for the Young, Drama League and A.R.T.
In April 2025, Nadine joined the Board of Directors for New York Pops and was recognized at the 42nd Birthday Gala as their Corporate Honoree.
She is a Tony^® voter, Trustee and Vice-Chair at the American Theatre Wing and Co-Chaired their 2017- 2023 Galas and Co-Chaired the 2013 Innocence Project Benefit. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Nadine was a Fashion Model with the Ford Modeling Agency and two-time national game show winner of “Concentration” and “Win, Lose or Draw”.
Nadine received her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in Architecture and M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University.

Arianna Chang joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as part of the Wealth Management Rotational Program and joined Private Wealth Management in 2019. As a Private Wealth Advisor, Arianna helps high-net-worth individuals and their families navigate complex financial decisions and bridge financial strategy and values across generations.

Before joining Private Wealth Management, Arianna worked with the Outsourced Chief Investment Office, supporting business development efforts that helped secure nearly $300 million in client mandates. She also worked with the Traditional Investment Product Development team, with a focus on Separately Managed Accounts and 529 Education Savings Plans. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Arianna built a strong foundation in financial services through roles at KKR, Barclays, and Raymond James.

Arianna earned her MBA from The Wharton School where she was the recipient of the Joseph P. Wharton Award and served as the President of the MBA Program. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance & Management from New York University Stern School of Business. She currently serves on the Alumni Council of Phillips Academy Andover.

Arianna holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, a New York insurance license, and the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA^®) designation.

Maggie Lear joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 with the US listed Derivatives Division and joined Private Wealth Management in 2008. Her role includes implementation of specific client investment strategies as well as the management of clients' estate, trust and retirement objectives. Maggie has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills that allow her to maintain strong client relationships. She manages all aspects of client services including trading, technology, portfolio statements, and reporting.

Maggie graduated from Boston College and has Series 7, 66 and 31 licenses. Over the past ten years, Maggie has volunteered as a tutor for the Fresh Air Fund and a mentor for Student Sponsor Partners.
