My Story and Services

As a Financial Advisor with over a decade of industry experience and 8 years with the Moise Horn Group, I concentrate in guiding individuals and families through pivotal life transitions such as retirement, career changes, or the shift to independent living.
We serve a select group of clients who are income and growth focused and who value a close, consistent relationship with a trusted advisor. Our approach is grounded in a thoughtful four-step process:

1. We begin by understanding what matters most to you
2. Build a personalized financial plan
3. Translate that plan into an actionable investment strategy, and
4. Maintain regular, proactive communication to adjust and refine your plan as life evolves
At the heart of our work is a commitment to quality over quantity, forming deep, long-term relationships and providing the clarity and confidence you need to face life’s financial challenges with purpose and confidence.

I grew up in Charlotte with parents both in financial services, and now live there with my husband Tom, our two children, Thomas and Maddie, and our two rescue dogs, Duke and Ivy. I graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a degree in History, but knew I wanted to go into Wealth Management after an internship with a Financial Advisor between my junior and senior year. Outside the office, you’ll often find me distance running, hiking or camping with my family in the North Carolina mountains. I am always seeking a long trail and fresh perspective!

Francis serves as a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he combines his lifelong passion for finance with a meticulous approach to client service. His interest in investing began early, when he opened his first brokerage account at the age of 11. This early curiosity evolved into a deep understanding of the financial markets, leading him to major in Finance at the University of South Carolina. While in college, Francis passed the Series 7 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exams, and worked part-time with Morgan Stanley in Columbia, South Carolina from January 2024 to June 2025. These experiences equipped him with both technical expertise and a hands-on understanding of the client relationship side of the business.

Outside the office, Francis is active in his community as a member of Waypoint Community Church and a volunteer at the Charlotte Dream Center. In his personal life, he prioritizes time with family and friends, and enjoys staying active through running, golf, and following Gamecocks sports.

Hear From My Clients

Drew is very easy to work with. She listened to my retirement goals, preferences and desires, then developed a plan that met them. Through this process, she asked excellent leading questions such as where to deposit pensions, how to pay out retirement income, how to pay Medicare supplement fees, and how to source funds for tax payments. She has a way to make this a pleasurable experience. In the end, she has exceeded my expectations.
