About Alvaro Muñoz
Alvaro Muñoz is an Senior Vice President at the Morgan Stanley Houston downtown location. For almost two decades, Alvaro has been providing client-centered financial planning, investment advice, cash management solutions, credit strategies and wealth succession planning to US based and international successful business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Alvaro understands the complexities of cross-border wealth management and, as a native of Mexico with more than 25 years living in the U.S., he understands the cultural differences between US institutions and international individuals.
Alvaro is a graduate from The University of Texas at El Paso, with a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) with a double major in Finance and Computer Information Systems (2002).
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, Alvaro spent 11 years at BBVA USA between Houston, TX and Miami, FL.
Alvaro understands the complexities of cross-border wealth management and, as a native of Mexico with more than 25 years living in the U.S., he understands the cultural differences between US institutions and international individuals.

Maricris began her career in financial services in 1997, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Wealth Management Banker at Merrill Lynch. She also served as a Premier Client Manager at Bank of America.
