Douglas started his career as a Fixed income Specialist at ML Stern and Company in 1992, headquartered in Beverly Hills CA. He was promoted to Vice President at ML Stern and Company in 1997. He then moved to Smith Barney, La Jolla CA in 2000 to accept the position of First Vice President. Following that, he was promoted to Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley in 2006 and Executive Director in 2012 where he continues to do business today.

    1. Login to Morgan Stanley Online
    2. Click the "Accounts" tab at the top
    3. In the dropdown, proceed to "documents." To filter the documents, complete the following steps:
    4. From the drop-down menus (i.e., Account, Document Type, Statement Type, and Timeframe), select the applicable filter criteria options.
    5. Click Apply
    6. To view a document, click on the title of it (look for anything including "Tax")
    7. You will then be able to view any and all documentation in PDF Form
