Dev Singh is Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley, responsible for delivering holistic advice and bespoke investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, endowments, and foundations. With over 20 years in the financial services arena, he leverages Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive platform for wealth and estate planning strategies, lending, investment strategy, and liquidity management.

Dev’s multidisciplinary background and extensive experience provide him with a distinct and well-rounded perspective, allowing him to analyze client portfolios with greater insight and offer highly tailored advice. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Dev served as Vice President at JPMorgan Private Bank and Senior Vice President of the Specialty Banking Group at Webster Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting, both from Bryant University. He holds his General Securities License Series 7, Uniform Agent State Law Exam (Series 63) and the Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam (Series 65). He is licensed as an agent for Life, Accident and Health, and Variable Annuities in RI, MA, CT, FL, OH, NV. NMLS# 2652165. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Dev resides in Rhode Island with his wife, son, and their dog, Franklin. In his free time, Dev enjoys traveling, reading, fitness, practicing marksmanship and is an automobile enthusiast.

    Samantha Sharma brings a strong background in accounting, administration, and client service to her role as a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley. Previously, she served as a Property Accountant at The Newmark Group, managing financial reporting, budget forecasting, and process automation. She also worked as an Administrative Director at Parents’ Pride School in India, where she streamlined operations and modernized data systems. Additionally, Samantha gained experience as an Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as an Auditor at Insero CPAs.

    Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Psychology from Nazareth College of Rochester. Her educational background combined with her professional experience, has equipped her with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and client support.

    Pedro Cesa is a Consulting Group Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Middleton, Massachusetts, where he delivers in-depth investment analysis and personalized client service. He plays a key role in supporting Yaman Sharma and Dev Singh in delivering world-class service for their clients.

    Pedro earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. After securing multiple industry licenses following his graduation – including the Series 7 and 66 – he launched his career in Wealth Management through Merrill Lynch’s Advisor Development Program in 2020. He remains deeply committed to providing exceptional value and trusted guidance to clients.

    Born in Southern Brazil and of Italian descent, Pedro was raised on the North Shore of Boston – a place he continues to call home. While not in the office, he enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, spending time with loved ones, and exploring a diverse range of personal interests.

About Evan Patterson

Evan Patterson is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Evan began his career in financial services in 1999. Prior to relocating to the Northeast, he served as a Private Banker in the Tampa Bay area. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Evan spent 10 years in high net worth lending at Merrill Lynch supporting teams in New York City, Los Angeles, and Jacksonville. He began his career as a Securities Based Lending Officer before rising within the firm, holding several other positions including Priority Loan Officer, Associate Mortgage and Credit Specialist, Consumer Finance Specialist and Banking and Liquidity specialist.

Evan is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Finance. He lives in East Greenwich, Rhode Island with his family. Outside of the office, Evan enjoys painting, watching cinemas, reading books, and listening to vinyl records.

Giancarlo Pannone is a seasoned financial professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in financial planning and wealth management. Giancarlo is a Rhode Island native and a graduate of Rhode Island College. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 10 years of experience in investments, financial planning, and wealth management. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he worked with notable firms such as Merrill Lynch and Raymond James, where he honed his skills and expertise.
At Morgan Stanley, Giancarlo collaborates with financial advisors and clients to create tailored financial plans that align with clients' unique goals and circumstances. He leverages Morgan Stanley's industry-leading platform to develop these customized plans. Giancarlo holds securities and insurance licenses, further solidifying his credentials in the financial sector.
Outside of his professional life, he resides in South County, Rhode Island, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
