About David White

David began his professional career in commercial real estate. His successful model of acquiring undervalued property, generating rental income, and selling for a profit became a foundation of his investment philosophy.

He utilized his expertise and connections in real estate to transition into wealth management, where he has been for 20+ years. His highly disciplined approach has helped create wealth and generate income for clients looking to transition from earning to more time spent on leisure and philanthropy. He has earned the designation Senior Portfolio Manager.

David is a member of the Investment committee, and chair of the Advancement committee for The Out-of-Door Academy; a Cum Laude Society School distinction for the top 1% of secondary schools nationally. A native of Dayton, Ohio, he resides in Lakewood Ranch with his wife, Stacy, and two children. He enjoys golf, skiing, and travelling to Idaho.

About Margaret Strausser

Margaret has been in the financial industry since 2006 and has been teamed with David White for over a decade. She is fully licensed, obtaining her Series 7 and 66, and has been essential in assisting in nearly half-billion in assets under management.

In 2015, Margaret was presented with the “2015 Service MVP Award” for the Southwest Florida Complex. She currently serves as a Service Coach for the entire Southwest Florida Complex. From 2016-2018, Margaret proudly served on the Morgan Stanley National Service Advisory Council, acting as a two-way feedback channel between the branch service organization, Senior Management, and Home Office; focusing on areas relating to service initiatives, enhancements, and filed experience and worked to ensure all efforts that stem from the partnership are tightly tied to the needs of our branches and clients.

Margaret is a native of West Orange, New Jersey, and has lived in upstate New York. She obtained her A.A. in Business Administration from Alamance Community College in Burlington, North Carolina, prior to her move to Florida in 2004.

She is an enthusiastic dog lover and has an English Cream Golden Retriever, named Jamie. She is a mother to one daughter named Allison.
