About Peter J Scheid

Pete Scheid serves generations of families as well as companies and institutional endowments throughout the state. Combining insight with experience, Pete provides comprehensive and sophisticated financial advice to help address clients’ specific objectives.

For over 30 years as a financial advisor, Pete’s ability to customize strategies and to personalize client service has been the cornerstone of his practice. Pete’s areas of focus include allocating clients’ assets, supporting clients in the development of their investment policy statements, and overseeing the selection of institutional money managers.

Pete earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in economics from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, Calif. Born and raised in Sacramento, his extensive community involvement includes serving as president of school advisory councils at the grade school and high school levels, serving on boards, and advising on strategic initiatives for non-profit organizations. He’s raised three daughters and enjoys swimming, cycling, golf, and gardening.

Dexter Parulan is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional and Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he serves as a Family Wealth Director and Wealth Advisor. With over 25 years of experience helping families build, manage, and preserve their wealth, Dexter provides thoughtful strategies designed to support his clients’ most important life goals. His approach is grounded in long term relationships, disciplined financial planning and a deep commitment to continuing education.

Born and raised in the Philippines where he spent the first 19 years of his life. He followed his heart and came to America in 1992 and later married his high school sweetheart, Theresa. They have been blessed with two wonderful children, Hannah, and Jacob.

As an immigrant to this country, his journey – marked by hard work, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose – deeply influences the way he serves his clients today.

While working full time, he obtained a BA degree in Management from St. Mary’s College of CA. Outside of work he enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Cody Riecks was born and raised in Auburn, CA just outside of Sacramento. He comes from a family that runs a small business in the Auburn area. From an early age, his parents taught him and his siblings about how money works, and instilled a work ethic in them by showing them what hard work looks like. This has led Cody to many great opportunities, from being able to play college golf and earn his BS in Business Marketing from California State University, Fresno, to now working for Morgan Stanley.
