David Jennings began his career in 1977 with one of Morgan Stanley’s predecessor firms, Loeb Rhoades & Co., after graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In addition to obtaining the various licensing requirements of the securities industry, he has also completed specialized training in investment analysis, portfolio theory, and in portfolio management. Additionally, Mr. Jennings holds licenses in life and health insurance, as well as in the futures and currency markets.During his career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Jennings has held various positions of responsibility, and has served multiple times on the firm’s Directors Advisory Group (DAG). The DAG is a select group of advisors who are chosen to meet with senior management in order to provide input aimed at shaping company policies and addressing the needs of the Morgan Stanley sales force. Mr. Jennings has extensive experience with fixed income investing, fee based asset management, alternative investments, and equity trading strategies. He is also one of a handful of “Futures Specialists” at the firm, helping clients who choose to invest in commodities via the futures markets. In addition to working with individual investors, Mr. Jennings’ clients include charitable foundations, professional money management firms, financial institutions, religious and educational organizations, and retirement plans.

    Kathy has been in the financial industry since 1980; originally joining Morgan Stanley* in 2004.  Her prior investment firms include Bear Stearns, Prudential Securities, and Deutsche Bank Securities.  Kathy has served as a registered sales associate to high net worth investors, concentrating on their administrative needs.
    Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Math from Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, KS.  She taught upper elementary grades for five years prior to changing careers to the financial securities industry.
    Kathy and her husband have lived in Duncanville TX since 1985.  She enjoys watching sports, (especially football), traveling, and spending time with her family.  She is actively involved in her church and she also enjoys working with the community and is involved with certain organizations including National MS Society, American Cancer Society, and Leukemia Foundation.
