David is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley in San Jose, California.

As a Financial Advisor, David assists his clients in managing their wealth by employing strategies in asset management, liabilities management, risk management and lifestyle management. His clients include business owners, corporate executives, non-profits and individuals.

David utilizes a network of highly skilled professionals to achieve his clients’ financial goals. He is backed by Morgan Stanley’s extensive resources and experience, which includes the most comprehensive wealth management platform available on Wall Street.

One of David’s areas of expertise is asset management. He develops individualized asset allocation plans based each client’s objectives and risk tolerances. Based on these plans, he reallocates current assets and provides ongoing management services.

David has over 37 years of wealth management experience. He began his career with Morgan Stanley, and its predecessor firms, in 1985 after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley.

David is very committed to giving back to the community. He has served as president of the board of directors of the Silicon Valley Charity Ball Foundation and the San Jose Repertory Theatre. He was also a member of the board of the Valley Medical Center Foundation. He has volunteered with Junior Achievement for over 20 years and currently serves on the board of the Leo M. Shortino Family Foundation.

He grew up in the Bay Area, raised two children and currently resides in San Jose with his wife.
