My Story and Services

Growing up, Darren's passion for finance and investing was fostered by his grandmother. Together they would read the Investor's Business Daily and the Wall Street Journal. These conversations instilled in Darren the importance of financial responsibility from an early age.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Darren was entrusted with managing the home office of a very wealthy individual without immediate family. When his boss's health issues left him unable to manage his own affairs, Darren stepped up to become his patient advocate, facilitating the implementation of his estate plan. This experience emphasized the importance of having a solid financial and estate plan, and inspired Darren to make it his mission to help others plan for their futures.

Since joining Morgan Stanley in February 2015, Darren has dedicated himself to building strong relationships with clients that go beyond mere transactions. He prioritizes earning his clients' trust and respect, and uses his extensive expertise to craft custom wealth plans. To ensure his clients receive the best possible care, Darren works closely with a team of specialists, including estate planning attorneys and private bankers who can address lending needs.

When he's not working, Darren cherishes spending time with his wife and young daughter. They split their time between Southern California and the Bay area. They enjoy being a part of their church community, attending the San Francisco Ballet, and exploring the exhibits at SFMOMA. Darren is also passionate about cooking, vegetable gardening, and supporting his local food bank, which allows him to give back to his community in meaningful ways.
