Since launching his career in 1988, he has served in a variety of leadership and advisory roles—from Assistant Branch Manager to Financial Planning Specialist, Family Wealth Advisor, Investment Management Consultant, and Alternative Investments Director—continually expanding the depth of knowledge and perspective he brings to clients.
Today at Morgan Stanley, Culley and his trusted partners create personalized wealth strategies for individuals, families, and small businesses. His experience as a Family Wealth Advisor allows him to help clients think beyond investments alone—focusing on multigenerational planning, legacy considerations, philanthropy, and the coordination of complex family financial needs. In his role as an Alternative Investments Director, Culley also helps qualified clients evaluate sophisticated investment opportunities beyond traditional stocks and bonds, including strategies designed to support diversification and address evolving market conditions.
Known for taking the time to understand each family's unique priorities, Culley combines thoughtful financial planning with decades of investment experience to help clients make informed decisions with confidence. Beyond his professional endeavors, Culley is a dedicated community leader. For more than 13 years, he has served as Board President of the Mission San Rafael Rotary Club Foundation, helping secure academic scholarships for high-achieving students from low-income households. He has also served on the finance committee at the Redwoods Retirement Community Center, was president of Rebuilding Together-Marin, and spent over a decade coaching youth baseball.
When he's not helping clients plan for the future or contributing to his community, Culley enjoys playing blues and rock with his band, fishing, and traveling. He and his wife, Lynnette, are proud parents of three accomplished children—each pursuing impressive paths of their own. Their son Raymond honorably served in the Army Special Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Their daughter Jaime spent two years in the Peace Corps in Lesotho before earning her master's degree in psychology, and she and her spouse, Matt, are raising two beautiful girls. Their youngest son, Cameron, is a four-time state qualifying wrestler who is now a registered nurse.
