My Story and Services
Colin Roberts is a Vice President, Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Family Wealth Advisor with the Roberts Mouligne Group at Morgan Stanley. Since joining the team in 2015, Colin has provided families with comprehensive financial guidance and personalized wealth management strategies. His approach helps ensure that every family member, from grandparents to grandkids, is well-prepared for their financial futures. In addition to his focus on generational financial wellbeing, Colin also focuses on portfolio analytics, research of the latest emerging technologies and helping optimize portfolio tax efficiency. He works with various Morgan Stanley resources such as Private Banking, Financial Planning and Research Departments, seeking to ensure clients are connected with the Firm’s top intellectual capital and receive a premier experience.
Before his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Colin honed his analytical skills as an engineering manager at RGS Energy, a national solar company based in Boulder, Colorado. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in designing custom solar systems, helping thousands of families optimize their energy needs.
In 2015, Colin moved back to Rhode Island to join Denise’s Team. Family has always been of utmost importance to Colin. His empathetic approach and dedication to family-centric financial planning have become hallmarks of his service.
Outside of his professional life, Colin enjoys spending time with his family on Hog Island, sailing, fishing, skiing, and woodworking. Colin is a graduate of Tabor Academy and Providence College.

About Evan Patterson
Evan Patterson is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York.

Evan began his career in financial services in 1999. Prior to relocating to the Northeast, he served as a Private Banker in the Tampa Bay area. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Evan spent 10 years in high net worth lending at Merrill Lynch supporting teams in New York City, Los Angeles, and Jacksonville. He began his career as a Securities Based Lending Officer before rising within the firm, holding several other positions including Priority Loan Officer, Associate Mortgage and Credit Specialist, Consumer Finance Specialist and Banking and Liquidity specialist.
Evan is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Finance. He lives in East Greenwich, Rhode Island with his family. Outside of the office, Evan enjoys painting, watching cinemas, reading books, and listening to vinyl records.

About Ryan Kline
Ryan Kline is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define the goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Ryan provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Ryan is originally from Potomac, MD and currently resides in New York, NY.
