Mark has over 33 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since beginning his career with Legg Mason in 1992, he focuses on wealth management for individuals and families who require sophisticated advisory strategies for the preservation, growth, and transfer of wealth. He provides investment planning and consulting services tailored for a variety of individual and institutional investors. Mark has an extensive background in employer sponsored retirement plans and holds the title of Corporate Retirement Director which is held by less than 400 advisors within Morgan Stanley globally. He possesses experience and knowledge in plan design, investment strategy, administration, fiduciary issues, vendor selection, participant education, fee benchmarking and all other aspects of corporate retirement plan strategy. His extensive training substantiates his ability to help retirement plan sponsors manage their fiduciary responsibilities in an extremely complex retirement environment.

After earning his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, Gavin returned to the Chesapeake Wealth Management Group as a Registered Client Service Associate. He became a Financial Advisor in 2018 and works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with their long-term goals. Taylor is a Registered Client Service Associate with the Chesapeake Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. Starting her career off at Morgan Stanley in Finance, Taylor joined the Chesapeake Wealth Management group as an intern in 2023 before being hired full- time. Taylor’s primary responsibility is managing and enhancing the client’s experience, beginning with client onboarding, asset tracking, funds movement, and assisting the Financial Advisors.
