About Mark Altemus
Mark graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ designations. Mark has been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager*, annually, from 2012-2023. Mark is a native Baltimorean, an active community member, and currently resides in Towson, MD with his wife and twin sons.

About Traci Mitchell
Traci earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago in partnership with Investment Management Consultants Association®. This prestigious credential is held by less than 500 practitioners nationwide and signifies an advanced level of understanding of specific life-cycle wealth management challenges facing high net worth families.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Traci was an investment associate at DB Alex Brown concentrating on stock option plans, restricted security and 10b5-1 transactions, as well as other wealth management strategies for highly compensated corporate executives. She served as a youth mentor for My Sister’s Circle, a comprehensive, relationship-based program designed to mentor girls from disadvantaged Baltimore neighborhoods. A native of Syracuse, Traci graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College. She resides in Severna Park, Maryland with her husband.

About Kurt Overton
Kurt serves a diverse group of affluent clients with a broad range of virtual family office services. These services include wealth planning, investment consulting, portfolio construction, philanthropic strategy, retirement income planning, and insurance analysis. Kurt’s goal is to develop a comprehensive, customized wealth management strategy for each client, then couple that strategy with ongoing dialogue and proactive communication.
Kurt is a graduate of Cornell University. He completed Cornell’s ROTC program and was commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer in 1994. Kurt serves on the boards of the Red Cross of Central Maryland, the Roland Park Annual Fund, and Roland Park Baseball Leagues. Kurt has earned a certificate in Financial Planning from New York University. He resides in Baltimore City with his wife and three children, and enjoys coaching youth athletics, running, cooking, travel, and spending time with his family.

About Gavin Rayburn
Upon obtaining his series 7 & 66 licenses in 2014, Gavin rejoined the Chesapeake Wealth Management Group as a Registered Client Service Associate. In July of 2018, Gavin transitioned into the role of Financial Advisor where he works with clients to develop and monitor financial plans with a focus on liability management, education planning, and socially responsible investing.
Gavin has been a Maryland resident his whole life, graduating from the John Carroll School in Bel Air, MD before attending Washington College on Maryland’s Eastern Shore where he was a member of the soccer team. He serves on both the John Carroll Alumni Advisory Board and acts as co-chair for the Baltimore Chapter of Washington College’s Alumni Association. Outside of the office, Gavin enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their golden retriever.

About Todd Sajauskas
Todd graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Mount Saint Mary's University. Prior to joining the team in 2006, he spent a few years in the finance department of a national non-profit organization and establishing and managing a family retail business. Todd continues to work closely with area non-profits and has held positions on a few boards and committees. He is also active in the local Lithuanian community and is currently a board member for the Lithuanian Hall Association
About Noah Beck
Noah is a recent graduate from Binghamton University, where he obtained his B.S. in Financial Economics. Outside of the office, Noah enjoys going to concerts, travelling, and skiing.
About Taylor Petrick
Taylor has been a Maryland resident her whole life. She is a recent graduate from Towson University, where she obtained her B.S. in Financial Investments. Taylor is an active community member, and currently resides in Baltimore.
