Chase joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 after a 20-year management career in the grocery industry, spending the last 5 years' operating a small business operation in North Texas. He moved to Magnolia, TX with his wife Jamie and their 3 sons Liam, Barrett, and Miles. As a family they enjoy outdoors through youth sports, camping, and hunting.

Chase attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Followed by a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He earned his mark as a Certified Financial Planner in 2021.

As a family, Chase and Jamie have a deep personal understanding of struggle and uncertainty. Their oldest son, Liam, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor at nine months old. After years of treatment including chemo, surgery, and radiation Liam is now a member of the “Long Term Survivor Clinic” at Texas Children’s. The lessons learned through this experience have shaped their lives and lend a level of understanding when working with clients through financial transitions.

About Cosmin Serban

Cosmin Serban is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in California.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Cosmin began his career in financial services in 2004, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Private Banker at Wells Fargo Bank. He also served as a Financial Services Representative at Opus Bank/Fullerton Community Bank.

Cosmin is a graduate of the University of Houston - Downtown, where he received a Masters Degree of Business Administration in International Business. He lives in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Outside of the office, Cosmin enjoys playing soccer and traveling.
