My Story and Services

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Chuck West is a member of the Graystone Consulting team that is based in Tampa, FL. A seasoned, award-winning team of 17 professionals dedicated to providing investment advisory services to institutional and private wealth investors. His industry experience has proven to be an asset to the firm as he has a skill of navigating sophisticated relationships with both families and institutions.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in August of 2012, he held positions at fortune 500 firms such as Citibank, Charles Schwab & Co. and Sun Trust Bank. He has vast experience as an advisor on Alternative Investments, institutional asset management, executive financial services, family asset management and retirement planning.

His efforts are concentrated within 3 practice areas, asset management and financial planning for individuals and families, financing for small business including private equity and private debt, and institutional consulting for foundations, schools and universities.

Chuck holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and has earned degrees from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN and Barry University located in Miami Shores, FL.
He’s a Veteran of the Gulf War where he served his country as a member of the US Marine Corps. He is active in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Suits for Seniors, The Delray Community Land Trust and the Central Charter School.

In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, playing golf, and competing in triathlons. He resides in Delray Beach, FL where he lives with his wife Jeaneen and their dog “Wesley”. He has two sons, Charles Jr., who is a Senior at the US Naval Academy and Nicolas, who is a student and the University of Pennsylvania.
