The Foundation: A Legacy of Stewardship
Raised working on his family's multi-generational farm near Dixon, IL, Chad Henry learned early that a successful harvest requires disciplined labor and meticulous planning. From managing two newspaper routes at age nine to graduating Cum Laude from Western Illinois University in 1997, Chad has spent his life outworking the status quo. Today, those Midwestern values are the bedrock of his "Chief Planning Officer" approach for ultra-high-net-worth families.
The Architecture: Rules-Based Systems-Centered
In an industry often fueled by emotion, Chad operates as a Systems Consultant. While you cannot control market volatility, you must control your process.
The Standard: Championship Accountability:
Average firms rely on occasional reviews for feedback. A Championship Team operates differently—holding each other accountable and expecting excellence every day. This starts with Self-Accountability: the internal drive to perform at a peak level for our clients no matter who is watching.
Chad brings this coaching DNA from an 18-year football career into the boardroom. After serving eight seasons as a football and Strength Conditioning coach at Aurora Christian Schools (ACS), he concluded his coaching tenure in August 2025. Following eight years as the ACS Sports Boosters President, he stepped away in April 2026 to enter a new season: cheering on his son in college football and supporting his daughters' college adventures.
The Innovation: A Coach to the IndustryChad supports fellow Financial Advisors by providing training on advanced wealth planning strategies. He has served as a speaker and trainer at industry events, including AdvisorCon (BGM), Horsesmouth, and the Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Annual Catapult Conference.
The Heart: Family Service
A devoted family man, Chad has been blessed to be married to his beautiful bride, Mary Ann, since 1998, and is the proud father of Abigail, Leah, and Nathan. Beyond the home, he served eight years on the Executive Board for Cal's Angels (2015–2023). A dedicated follower of Chicago sports, Chad has cheered on the White Sox through every stadium name change—though he still occasionally slips and calls it Comiskey Park—and is an especially HUGE Chicago Bears fan.
In his spare time, Chad's hobbies include staying abreast of the latest dad jokes and annoying his kids and wife regularly. In all seriousness, he is a lifelong learner who enjoys woodworking, restoring old cars, and traveling with his family and friends.
Personal Conviction
A resident of the Western Chicago suburbs and devoted member of the Aurora Christian community, Chad's work is underpinned by his Christian faith and radical transparency. He synchronizes your strategy with your CPA and attorney to create one cohesive, high-performance team focused entirely on YOUR SUCCESS.
