About Trevor Byrne

He views the greatest barrier for many investors to be friction: poor tax and estate planning, investor psychology, and high investment costs. He and his team work with clients to mitigate and overcome these challenges. Trevor believes that in a complicated world, the most sophisticated plan is often a simple one. Moreover, it’s having the process and discipline in place to execute the plan that is paramount to long-term success.

Trevor is a Family Wealth Director for Morgan Stanley in Boston, a title held by less than 2% of all Financial Advisor at the Firm, and is uniquely qualified to help clients navigate investment, estate planning, and tax strategy. About Stephen C. Cahill

Growing up in the family owned business has shaped the way Steve views the world. Steve believes that you must be accountable to yourself, your teammates, and most importantly your customers. He understands that the foundation of any good business relationships is built upon the customer experience; it is his dedication, hard work, and commitment to client service that enable him to deliver on this promise every day. Having the responsibility to run the family business instilled Steve with a great perspective of the commitment our client executives and business owners make every day.

After helping to successfully negotiate the sale of the business, Steve gained a greater appreciation for the value of thoughtful financial planning for pre and post liquidity events and transitioned his focus to the financial industry.

Before being recruited to Morgan Stanley, Steve worked at State Street Global Advisors , one of the largest asset managers in the world. As a part of his role at State Street, he worked with top wealth management teams as a consultant positioning investment solutions and building client portfolios. Through this consultative work, Steve discovered that his passion lies more in being the architect of the solution, and wanted to work more closely with families; helping them to build and grow their legacy and pass along not only their hard earned wealth, but their values and principles as well.

When not in the office, Steve enjoys traveling with his family, playing at Wollaston Golf Club, hockey, fishing, skiing and alumni events with Boston College High School and Rollins College. Steve and his wife, Jessica, live in Duxbury, with their daughter Lilah, son Brooks, and English Lab, Georgie.
