A defining theme throughout my career has been a genuine desire to help successful individuals and families simplify their financial lives, so they can spend more time enjoying the wealth they have worked so hard to achieve.

My team and I do this through the development of a tailored wealth management plan and investment portfolio, coupled with a commitment to ongoing education and outstanding service. We focus on what is most important to you and provide the skills, strategies and solutions needed to make confident decisions about your life, your family and your finances.

I am very fortunate to work at a firm that values the same attributes I do: integrity, hard work and a constant drive for excellence. I bring these same qualities to my life outside of the office. I am an active member of my synagogue and enjoy organizing events for the Chabad House in Miami Beach. I am also avid golfer and enjoy a variety of fitness activities.

A Personal Note

Growing up in Miami, I was always drawn to the world of finance. My father was a successful advisor for over four decades and inspired me to pursue a career that combined my fascination for the markets with my sincere desire to help others and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

After earning my degree at the University of Florida, I became a Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities (now Wells Fargo) and served as an Assistant Branch Manager for two years. In 2000, I joined the Morgan Stanley family. Today – 20 years later – I am honored to work with an exceptional group of clients, connecting people of all backgrounds to the financial world.

    During this discovery period, we allocate time to explore your current financial status. Frank began his career in financial services in 2001 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Mortgage Consultant at PHH Mortgage.
