Strategies Built for Your Goals

My investment philosophy is built around clarity, discipline, and the belief that strong outcomes come from a repeatable process—not from chasing headlines. We start by understanding what matters most to you: your goals, time horizon, cash-flow needs, and comfort with risk. From there, I translate those priorities into an investment approach designed to be resilient across market environments, with a focus on long-term decision-making and thoughtful diversification.
I leverage the firm's investment capabilities and established process to help bring structure to that plan. Rather than getting overly technical, I focus on a straightforward framework: define the objective, build an appropriate allocation, select high-quality strategies, and monitor and refine as appropriate, when conditions change. This approach is supported by broad resources across asset classes and investment styles, helping us evaluate opportunities and risks with consistency and care.
Ultimately, everything funnels into delivering outcomes—because performance is only meaningful in the context of your real-world financial goals. We measure progress by what the portfolio is designed to accomplish: funding retirement, generating income, preserving wealth, or building a legacy. As your life evolves and markets shift, we stay engaged—revisiting assumptions, rebalancing when appropriate, and keeping the strategy aligned so your plan remains purposeful, practical, and focused on results.
Our clients understand that decisions they make around company stock and options may be some of the most consequential they will face in their financial life.
You may be asking yourself:
- How well do I understand my equity compensation and the strategies that exist to maximize its value?
- Am I being as smart as my managers and coworkers with my equity compensation? Should I be making different choices based on my specific situation?
- How do I turn my company equity into something I can enjoy?
- Can I afford to leave my company, and how should I plan for that?
- What the heck is the Alternative Minimum Tax?
Understanding how your stock or option plan works is only the first step. We work with you to articulate specific goals such as diversification, tax management, charitable giving, or simply having enough cash to live on while you wait for an exit. Projecting a variety of multi-year
scenerios, we help you make the best decisions you can to maximize this valuable asset.
I am among a group of Morgan Stanley advisors who are trained and experienced in these complex issues and have access to tools and resources that may help you evaluate options when selecting a financial advisor.
